PRODUCT EXPECTATIONS
All Bay-ti products are 100% handmade by artisans. Due to the hand-crafted nature of our products, there may be minor flaws & imperfections, which we believe are characteristics of the processes and add to the beauty and individuality of the items. There may also be variations in design, size, and color than what is pictured on our website. Please note: many of our items are antiques and by nature are flawed.

COMPLAINTS
We aim to provide top quality products and service. Your order is carefully packed before shipping and we make every effort to minimize the risk of damage in delivery. Upon delivery of the products make sure everything is complete and undamaged. RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with the item you have purchased please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via email or phone. Please provide the following: Name, Address, Order Number and Reason for Return.

Once your return is approved and we receive your shipment in its original condition (please use sufficient protective material to protect against damage during shipping), we'll provide you a refund minus a 15% restocking fee. Bay-ti will not be responsible for return expenses or any damages during return. 

It is mandatory that you receive the authorization by contacting us before the item is sent back. We will not accept returns without prior authorization. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

It can take up to 7 days from the date we receive your return to process your refund. Once we receive your return and make the necessary inspections, we will refund you back to your original payment method. Funds can take a few days to appear on your bank statement depending on the card issuer.

Please note: If you have ordered an item that required a trucking company or alternative freight method, you will need to arrange pickup and delivery and pay for those charges. You will not be refunded the original freight cost to your location.

DAMAGED GOODS CLAIM
We make sure to handle your product with care, but in the rare event that your shipment should arrive damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will provide you the appropriate instructions to process your claim and receive reimbursement. You must retain the packaging for inspection. Failure to comply with these requirements will void any claim you may present for damage.

LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit. Damages outside our responsibility would include packages being opened and products damaged while in transit.
