SHIPPING PROCESS
All deliveries are shipped from our warehouse in Petaluma, California. We package and send all orders within 2 working days (not including transit) after receipt of order. You will receive an email notification once your order is dispatched. We offer FREE 4-day shipping within the United States for orders over $75. We ship using Fedex, UPS or sometimes U.S. Postal Service at our discretion. The shipment confirmation email will provide you with the relevant tracking information.
OTHER DELIVERY METHOD
Should you purchase one of our heavy or larger items that cannot be shipped via courier, we will advise you of alternative methods ie: trucking company, freight etc. and get your confirmation before we proceed. Cost of shipping with this method will be an extra charge.
WHAT TO EXPECT
We make sure to handle your product with care. We package delicate items with appropriate cushioning. Every item we sell is hand-made. Naturally, the item you receive may be slightly different than that pictured on our website. Sizes, tones and colors are subject to variations.
